Open the Duitly app and tap Get Started on the welcome screen. Enter your name, email address, and a password (at least 6 characters), then tap Create Account.

You'll receive a verification code to your email — enter it to activate your account.

On the login screen, enter your registered email and password, then tap Log In. You can also sign in with Google using the Google button.

Yes! Tap Try as Guest on the welcome screen to explore Duitly without signing up. Guest mode gives you access to core features including AI receipt scanning.

Note: guest data is not backed up and may be cleared after 30 days of inactivity. Register anytime to keep your data safe.

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
2. Enter your registered email address and tap Send Reset Link.
3. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@duitlyapp.com.
4. Tap Reset Password in the email, set a new password, and you're done.

The reset link expires in 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. Enter your current password to confirm, then set a new one. This option is only available for email/password accounts (not Google sign-in).

Go to Settings, then tap your profile card at the top. You can update your display name from the account screen.

1. Tap the + button on the home screen.
2. Choose Manual Entry.
3. Enter the amount, category, date, and an optional note.
4. Tap Save.

1. Tap the + button on the home screen.
2. Choose Scan Receipt and allow camera access.
3. Point the camera at your receipt — Duitly's AI will extract the amount, merchant, and date automatically.
4. Review the details, make any adjustments, and tap Save.

You can also import a receipt image from your photo library.

Tap on any expense in the transaction list to open it. From there you can edit all fields or tap the delete icon to remove it. Deletion is permanent.

When you scan a receipt, Duitly saves it as a draft while the AI processes the details. Drafts appear at the top of your transaction list with a draft badge.

Tap a draft to review and confirm the details, or tap the trash icon to discard it.

1. Go to the Budget tab.
2. Tap Add Budget.
3. Choose a category, set your monthly limit, and save.

Duitly will automatically track your spending against the budget and show your progress in real time.

The Home screen shows your total spending this month with a category breakdown. The Budget tab shows how much you've spent vs. your limit for each category. The Insights tab gives you a deeper AI-powered analysis of your spending patterns.

Yes. Tap the center Scan button and choose Import Statement, then pick a CSV or PDF file. Duitly's AI reads the rows, maps them into clean transactions, and flags any that look like duplicates of expenses you've already added.

Statement import is a Pro feature.

Duitly can't read a locked PDF. Open the file, re-save it (or print to PDF) without a password, then import that copy. We never ask for your statement password.

A shared budget lets you track spending together — with a partner, family, or on a trip. Every member can add expenses to it, and everyone sees the combined total and who added what.

1. Go to the Budget tab and find the Shared Budgets section.
2. Tap + New Shared Budget to create one and invite others with a code.
3. To join, tap Join and enter the invite code someone shared with you.

Creating a shared budget is a Pro feature. Joining one you've been invited to is free.

Yes. You can track expenses, scan receipts, set budgets, and use multi-currency for free — no account required to start. Upgrade to Pro anytime for the advanced AI and sharing features.

Your Pro subscription is billed through Google Play. To manage or cancel it, open the Google Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Duitly. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

Open the upgrade to Pro screen and tap the promo-code entry, then enter your code. If it's valid, Pro is unlocked instantly.

Duitly supports all major currencies. Go to Settings → Currency to set your preferred currency. The app displays all amounts in your chosen currency.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and protected with industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Language and choose from English, Bahasa Indonesia, or 中文 (Chinese).

Go to Settings → Export Report. You can export your transactions as a CSV or PDF file for a selected date range.
